Doug Burlage, a native of Virginia Beach, relocated to the Outer Banks in 1999.  With more than 25 years experience in both construction and real estate, Doug has established a reputation in Virginia & North Carolina for quality coastal construction and personal integrity.  

A member of the Outer Banks Homebuilders Association and the National Homebuilders Association, Doug was recently honored to receive the People's Choice and Judges Award for his submission on the 2007 Parade of Homes.
